The inspiration for this whole project is my experience of Creation, often through the doorway of long distance trails and visits to National Parks. In December 2024, I journeyed to Joshua Tree National Park with a favorite traveling companion. The Mojave landscape is different from my home in Shaconage (Cherokee: Great Smoky Mountains) but no less diverse and beautiful.
